Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of model objectives with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing applications.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies involving large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model architectures for efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model development and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
