We are hiring Sales Manager
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- Total experience: 10+ years, including minimum 4 years in product sales.
Preferred Sales Experience (in order of priority)
- Experience in sales with Defence PSUs
- Experience in sales with Non-Defence PSUs
- Experience in heavy equipment sales in the private sector
- Experience in product sales in the private sector
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Tendering
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including tender identification, evaluation, and submission.
- Collect and analyse cost data for accurate pricing.
- Prepare:
o Cost estimations
o Cost-price analysis
o Tender documents and bid quotations (BQs)
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with OEMs (including overseas partners) for technical and commercial inputs.
- Liaise with customers, shipyards, and naval organizations for ongoing and new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Negotiation & Business Development
- Participate in technical, commercial, and price negotiations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially within shipyards and defence-related organizations.
- Visit shipyards to generate leads and track upcoming tenders.
Strategy & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Head on sales strategy and planning.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and MIS reports for management review.
Order Handover & Execution Support
- Conduct kick-off meetings to hand over confirmed orders to the execution team.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.

- Proficiency in cost analysis and commercial evaluation
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
