Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
HRSD Architect - HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center , Lifecycle Events, HRIS/HCM Integrations like Workday, SAP
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to evaluate and improve system scalability and performance in complex software environments.
- Skilled in leading technical teams and managing collaborative development efforts.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across multiple projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bangalore office.
