Position – Executive – Talent Acquisition
Qualification – Graduate/Post graduate in HR/Social Science/Industrial Relations
Experience – 1-3 Years
Job Responsibilities (as mentioned below but may not limit to) –
Recruitment
1. Work with Managers and other Stakeholders to gather hiring demand forecast.
2. Conduct intake session with hiring manager to understand the position demand requirements
and hiring manager expectations to ensure high quality candidates are sourced
3. Coordinate across Operations and Non-Operations teams to set and achieve hiring
expectation.
4. Participating in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with the Manager & Sr. Team Member to
provide requisition level update as well as present Hiring dashboard
5. Develop deep assessment expertise on candidates
6. Execute Recruiting Plans in partnership with Operations & Non-Operations team
7. Source, Lead and manage the candidate interviews, offer making coordination and
onboarding process with administrative support from Admin & Operations team
8. Drive sourcing mix for aligned business group. Drive efficiency of Employee Referral
9. Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal
candidate experience, and positively represent AGR.
10. Support Manager in offer process by taking approvals from VP’s/Managers on compensation
package, level and start date of candidate.
11. Drive documentation process compliance prior to presenting offer to candidates.
12. Conduct document & background check and make sure successful completion of background
check prior to start, pre-hire activities, and on time joins.
13. Adhere to the Talent Acquisition Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
14. Drive candidate engagement process post selection
15. Sitting & System arrangement
16. New Joinee Tracker updating
17. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.
Induction
1. Presentation to candidates
2. New Joining Announcement
3. Salary Account opening coordination
4. Arranging for meeting with HR Manager & Reporting Manager
5. Updating new joinee tracker based on documents
6. Creating Profile in PMS (Project Management System)
7. Updating IT team and Coordinating for email id & other accounts creation
PIP (Performance Improvement Program)
1. Point of contact to drive the PIP every month with employees and Managers/ VP’s
2. Explain the process of PIP to the Joinees during Induction
3. Share & Maintain the PIP feedback forms
4. Maintain monthly PIP MIS
Employee Confirmation
1. Maintaining & updating confirmation tracker
2. Sending timely mails to reporting head with Probation Review form
3. Follow up on confirmation.
4. Updating PMS with the status
5. Send Email and issue Confirmation Letters to confirmed cases
Letter Drafting
1. Drafting and issuing official letters after taking VP/Senior’s signature and stamp
2. Letter correspondence
3. Maintaining soft copy and scanned copy of the letter for company records
Exit Formalities
1. Coordinate and initiate for the exit call in case of Termination
2. Share the exit formalities email with the exit cases
3. Coordinate with the VP and Manager to provide Resignation Acceptance email
4. Educate employee on the exit policy & procedure
5. Ensure sign-off of handover activity between employee and Supervisor
6. Updating PMS
7. Updating the IT in charge to disconnect the email and other account of exit employee
Employee Engagement
1. Discuss and work on the Yearly events calendar with HR Manager
2. Arranging events along with the Fun Committee in office
3. Coordinating with employees operating from remote location for the Employee Engagement
Activity
4. Coordination with Fun Team & Admin Team to organize event and snacks
5. Sending Invitation Calendar invite and other information emails etc.
6. Responding to queries raise over official mails on a daily bases resolving queries in a timely
manner
Payroll
1. Providing input data like attendance, leaves to the HR Manager
2. Leave audit (monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly)
MIS
1. HR Recruitment Tracker updation
2. New Joinee Tracker updation
3. HRIS
4. Training Database and MIS
5. Attrition MIS
6. Attending Queries from employees
7. Any other MIS as given by Ops/HR Manager
Misc. Activities
1. Working on the Big Mac index to identify per-diem
2. Public Holiday Calendar
3. Overall PMS
4. Any other misc. activity given by Ops/HR Manager
