- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and maintain recruitment records.
- Conduct reference and background verification where required.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered (if applicable).
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
