We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle office tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, assist staff members, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative tasks
- Maintain files, documents, and records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, letters, and data entries
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support management and staff with routine office work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas
- Handle courier, printing, photocopying, and scanning tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or graduate in any field
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and professional behavior

Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years of office/admin experience preferred
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
