About the Role:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing correct product information, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and messages.
- Explain our company background, product range, and service offerings to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare customer interaction reports and follow-up summaries.
- Support customer retention, engagement, and CRM campaigns.
