Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us acquire customers, build relationships with business owners, and drive Vikmo's growth. You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and field visits when required.
- Generate and qualify leads for product demonstrations.
- Schedule and conduct introductory sales meetings.
- Understand customer pain points and present Vikmo as a solution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in customer onboarding.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
- Work closely with founders to improve sales strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
