Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring seamless business operations and an optimal customer experience.
2. Own the complete online order management process, including processing purchase and sales orders, tracking order status, and coordinating timely order fulfilment.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries received through the website, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation to the relevant teams or vendors.
4. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure product availability, order execution, and timely deliveries.
5. Maintain and update the website product catalogue, including product information, pricing, inventory status, promotional content, and other relevant details.
6. Monitor inventory availability and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate stock visibility on the website.
7. Coordinate with the technical support team to report, track, and resolve website-related issues, ensuring uninterrupted website operations.
8. Handle customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product-related issues in accordance with company policies and service standards.
9. Prepare and maintain operational reports, including customer enquiries, order status, sales transactions, inventory updates, and key performance metrics.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, vendor communications, and order records for operational tracking and audit purposes.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
