You will support the CHRO / HR Leadership agenda for Arvind Limited — Human Resources, Corporate, based in Ahmedabad. In this onsite, full-time role, you will assist with HR strategy inputs, talent management framework documentation, succession planning support, HR digitization work, board-level HR reporting, and DEI execution under guidance. Your outputs will be reviewed by a senior leader, and you will work closely with business and HR stakeholders to maintain clear, accurate, and well-structured HR deliverables.
- You will support the preparation of HR strategy inputs for business units by consolidating data, notes, and action points for senior review.
- You will contribute to talent management framework documentation by updating templates, tracking inputs, and maintaining version control.
- You will assist in succession planning work for senior leadership roles by compiling readiness data and maintaining tracker sheets.
- You will execute HR digitization tasks under guidance by updating HRMS records, validating reports, and supporting process documentation.
- You will prepare board-level HR reporting support materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel dashboards, and summary notes for review.
- You will contribute to DEI strategy execution by tracking action items, consolidating updates, and supporting status reviews.
- You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect HR policy inputs, employee data, and business communication for senior review.
- You will support analysis of HR trends and metrics by using Excel dashboards and HRMS reporting outputs to prepare clean, decision-ready summaries.
