Job Title: Business Development Executive (International Sales)

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from international clients (UK/US).
- Pitch remote engineers and dedicated development teams.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close deals.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in International Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in pitching IT services or remote engineering resources.
- Fluent communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in UK shift.
