Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to travel agents for hotel enquiries and lead generation.
- Convert leads into confirmed hotel bookings.
- Manage customer relationships and provide post-booking support.
- Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in telesales, travel sales, or hotel reservations.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and one regional language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Goal-oriented with ability to work under targets.
- Shift: Day Shifts
