Roles &responsibilities include:
· 1. Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and opportunities.
2. Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
3. Visiting the clients for face to Face meeting.
4. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate E-Waste solutions.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
7. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
8. Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for interested prospects.
9. Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts in collaboration with the sales manager.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
11. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Skills Required:
· Basic knowledge of IT hardware and solutions. Good communication skills.
· Good negotiation and convincing skills.
· Knowledge of CRM software.
· Experience in inside sales or IT sales
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
