Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with Australian clients and staff
- Prepare and manage staff schedules and shift rosters
- Coordinate workforce planning and staff allocations
- Support HR staffing activities such as onboarding, attendance, and staff coordination
- Maintain accurate timesheets, rosters, and records
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) – compulsory
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in scheduling, administration, or HR support is an advantage
