2. Sales and Revenue Management
They set sales targets, analyze trends, develop strategies to increase revenue, and monitor inventory levels. Store managers collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product replenishment and optimize stock management
3. Staff Hiring, Training, and Supervision
Store managers recruit, hire, and onboard employees, provide ongoing training, schedule shifts, and conduct performance evaluations. They motivate and mentor staff to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards .
4. Customer Service and Satisfaction
