Job Title: Social Media Manager

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for our social media channels.
3. Channel Management: Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.
5. Engagement and Community Building: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media channels, and build a community around our brand.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze our social media performance using metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
7. Paid Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and brand awareness.
8. Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our brand and products.
9. Social Media Crisis Management: Develop and execute a social media crisis management plan to ensure timely and effective responses to online crises.
10. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
