Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Lab-Grown Diamond business. The candidate should be a graduate with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage office operations while providing support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in handling retail operations software will be preferred.
- Good understanding of stock management, including inventory entries, stock movement, and record maintenance.
- Ability to understand product details, pricing structures, invoicing, and related documentation.
- Well-versed in email communication, vendor coordination, follow-ups, and working with internal teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the jewelry or diamond industry will be an added advantage.
