Job Title: Client Success Specialist
Location: Remote
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Success, or Account Management heading Digital Marketing Companies
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage multiple client accounts and maintain client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and Web teams.
Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and resolve client queries.
Identify opportunities to improve client retention and account growth.
Qulification & Skills
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Branding, and Website Projects.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
Salary
3 Lac 75 Thousand To 6 Lac P.A.
