Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage receivables from e-commerce and e-tail partners. The role involves tracking marketplace settlements, reconciling invoices and deductions, following up on outstanding payments, preparing MIS reports.
Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi
Timings : 10am -6 pm, Monday - Saturday
Experience: 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Track receivables from e-tail and marketplace partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online channels.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements with invoices, sales, and payment reports.
- Monitor ageing of receivables and coordinate with Key Account Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and prepare regular receivable and ageing reports.
- Process credit notes and debit notes as required.
- Perform bank reconciliations related to marketplace collections.
- Support month-end closing activities and MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal finance processes.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce finance, accounts receivable, or marketplace reconciliation.
Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplace settlements is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Strong understanding of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
