- Ensure compliance with statutory welfare provisions under the Factories Act and other applicable labor laws.
- Handle worker welfare activities, grievance redressal, employee engagement programs, and coordination with worker committees.
- Monitor social compliance requirements, maintain welfare records, and support buyer/customer audits.
- Conduct awareness programs on health, safety, hygiene, and employee well-being while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
