Job Summary:
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment within the industrial facility. The role includes preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Motors, MCC Panels, DG Sets and Plant Utilities.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Monitor power distribution systems and electrical installations.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with production and utility teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Electrical Maintenance.
- Experience in HT/LT Systems, Motors, Transformers and DG Sets.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot faults.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be from Paithan or nearby locations.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, industrial plant, utility or maintenance operations preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
