Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel according to their budget and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and travel insurance.
- Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, rail tickets, and other travel-related services.
- Design customized travel itineraries for leisure, corporate, group, honeymoon, and MICE travel.
- Process visa applications and guide clients through documentation requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, travel vouchers, and other travel documents.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, embassies, and travel partners for reservations and confirmations.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within deadlines.
- Resolve customer concerns, cancellations, amendments, and travel-related issues promptly.
- Promote travel packages, seasonal offers, and company services to generate sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Stay updated with airline policies, visa regulations, travel advisories, and tourism trends.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information in the CRM or booking system.
- Follow company SOPs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Understanding of visa procedures and travel documentation.
- Ability to prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations (freshers may be considered for trainee roles).
- Experience handling international holiday packages, visa processing, and air ticketing.
- Knowledge of MICE travel and corporate travel management is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
