About the Role
Suryalogix Private Limited is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct guests to the appropriate department or employee.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of front office supplies and stationery.
- Schedule meetings and update calendars for the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket bookings and accommodation.
- Prepare travel vouchers and related documentation.
- Maintain records of office expenses and administrative costs.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
