Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation activities.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of recruitment experience.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication and convincing skills will be given preference.
