Agentic AI Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Agentic AI Developer who is passionate about building production-grade AI systems and solving complex real-world challenges.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced product environments, takes end-to-end ownership, and enjoys building intelligent systems from the ground up.
You will play a key role in shaping our Agentic AI platform, NeIO, built around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), while developing AI applications across domains such as GIS, Healthcare, Document Intelligence, and other enterprise use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the design and development of our next-generation Agentic AI platform and AI-powered full-stack applications.
- Build production-ready AI agents using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and RAG architectures.
- Architect scalable AI systems serving multiple domains and multi-tenant applications.
- Design and implement retrieval pipelines, vector databases, and agent workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and execution.
- Mentor and guide engineers while remaining actively involved in hands-on development and coding.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI.
- Strong product engineering background with experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Python
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Vector databases
- Experience with:
- Cloud platforms
- APIs (FastAPI and REST APIs)
- Microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training and fine-tuning AI/ML models.
- Exposure to one or more of the following domains:
- GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
- Healthcare
- Document Intelligence
- Voice Recognition
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience with AI-driven SDLC and specification-driven software development.

Experience: 5+ Years (including 2+ Years in Agentic AI)
Location: As per company requirements
Pay: ₹474,665.39 - ₹2,975,633.09 per year
