## Role Summary
We are hiring a *hands-on Graphic Designer & Visual Content Operator* who can execute *high-quality, on-brand designs at speed* and also handle *short-form video editing for reels*.
The brand identity is *already locked*.
Your job is to *protect it, apply it consistently, and raise the quality bar* across all outputs.
This is a *builder role*, not a task-taker role.

## What You Will Own (Day 1)
* Design of:
* Social media posts & carousels
* Banners, posters, and campaign creatives
* Short-form video editing for reels (cuts, text overlays, pacing, polish)
* Maintaining *visual consistency* across all brand touchpoints
* Working closely with the Social Media Growth Executive on daily execution
* Improving turnaround time without sacrificing taste
You will be expected to *think visually*, not just execute instructions.

* You will NOT design from scratch every time (systems exist)
* You will NOT be shielded from feedback
* You will NOT work in isolation
* You will NOT be stuck as a “junior” if you perform

## What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
* Clear improvement in visual consistency
* Faster design turnaround
* Stronger reel quality (visual pacing, clarity, polish)
* Better-looking documents and decks
* Reduced back-and-forth due to clearer design judgment

## Ideal Background (Flexible)
* 1–3 years of hands-on design experience

* Experience designing for *social-first brands*
* Comfortable working in fast, imperfect environments
* Strong sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency
Formal qualifications matter less than *proof of work*.
