We are seeking a results-driven Retail Business Development Manager to lead franchise expansion and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new franchise opportunities, build strategic partnerships, expand the retail network, and develop growth strategies to increase brand presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new franchise partners across Uttar Pradesh and other target markets.
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies aligned with business goals.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, events, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for franchise expansion.
- Present franchise business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and investors.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams during franchise onboarding.
- Support franchisees during setup, launch, and initial business operations.
- Monitor franchise performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Develop local business partnerships and retail growth initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in retail business development, franchise sales, or expansion.
- Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or children's products is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
