Job Summary:
The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving production processes to achieve operational efficiency, cost control, and consistent product quality while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet output targets
- Monitor shop floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues
- Work closely with quality and supply chain teams for seamless operations
- Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for performance tracking
- Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and operational guidelines
Skills Required:
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
· Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
· Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
· Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
· Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes
· Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹11,215.32 - ₹40,330.70 per month
