Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and assisting in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential leads through various platforms
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel)
- Assist in achieving sales targets and conversion goals
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities
- Handle basic customer queries and provide required information
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed any degree (Business, Marketing, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
