Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation, outstanding reports and books of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS and periodic financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger management and finalization of accounts.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle accounting activities independently.
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
