Position Description
As an Employee Engagement Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellness, and culture at Digit. This includes managing engagement calendars, wellness programs, internal communications, and recognition frameworks. You will also support HR operations, induction, and performance management processes to ensure a seamless and engaging employee journey.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Engagement
- Create and manage monthly and yearly engagement calendars.
- Plan and execute wellness initiatives to improve the company’s wellness score.
- Draft and design monthly newsletters and manage central communications.
HR Operations & Policy Support
- Support the streamlining and documentation of HR policies and processes (temporarily managed by OD Team Lead).
- Maintain updated records and ensure process consistency.
Onboarding & Induction
- Drive training and induction programs for all new joiners.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience.
Experience & Skills Required
Work Experience
- 0-2 years in employee engagement, HR operations, or internal communications roles.
Technology Known
- MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- HRMS platforms (preferred)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- No mandatory certifications required
