Core Responsibilities
- Asset Security & Vault Management: Overseeing high-security systems, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and secure vault storage infrastructure to protect gold, diamonds, and precious gemstones. [1]
- Environmental & Climate Control: Managing HVAC and humidity control systems crucial to prevent metal oxidation, protect delicate machinery, and ensure worker safety during casting and soldering.
- Health & Safety (HSE): Enforcing fire safety, handling hazardous chemicals (e.g., acids and cyanides used in refining and plating), and ensuring proper ventilation and effluent treatment. [1]
- Equipment & Infrastructure Maintenance: Coordinating the upkeep of specialized machinery (laser welders, casting machines, polishers) and ensuring backup power systems (generators/UPS) remain functional.
- Housekeeping & Waste Management: Supervising specialized janitorial services to recover precious metal dust (sweepings and washings) from the factory floor. [1]
- Vendor Management: Supervising external contractors for security guards, pest control, housekeeping, and HVAC maintenance.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
