Job description:
To carry out all aspects of architectural design works, including concept creation, architectural planning, design development and client presentation.
PMA is looking for Architects who would be involved in the architectural design of various projects (Residential, Commercial, Retail & Mixed use) from conceptual planning stage to construction drawing stages. The objective is to generate designs that are sustainable, useful, and aesthetically pleasing while also meeting the needs of the client.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Ability to design and coordinate with various consultants & vendors independently.
· Develop designs and present ideas thru drawings reference images / sketches.
· Provide value additions to the projects with your knowledge and experience.
· Produce construction & detail drawings in AutoCAD and Revit (optional).
· Research and procurement of materials and products for project specifications.
· Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
· Excellent oral and written communication.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· High insight to details.
· Ability to work independently and interact with Client.
· Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and team building ability.
· Technically creative and open-minde
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
