We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads and acquire clients for our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, sales, and client handling, with a strong ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
- LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
- Social media and online platforms
- Follow-ups on inbound leads (ads, website, referrals)
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions in CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (digital marketing preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Websites)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month
- Performance-based incentives: 10%–20% commission on each deal closed
