Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to manage import operations, documentation, logistics coordination, LC presentation, and project delivery activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international trade procedures, transportation regulations, taxation documentation, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage import business operations, including reviewing customs clearance documents and assisting with required permits and approvals.
- Handle and coordinate tax-related documentation, including Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, and other supporting documents.
- Assist in invoice issuance and tax declaration processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track factory delivery schedules and coordinate timely dispatch of materials/products.
- Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documents, including Tax Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, Challan, and other relevant documents.
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) presentation by preparing, reviewing, and verifying complete sets of presentation documents.
- Coordinate with banks for LC document submission and follow up until document acceptance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, factories, customers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, product quality, production capacity, transportation, and project execution.
- Ensure timely project delivery through effective communication, coordination, and follow-up with all concerned stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, trackers, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, project delivery, import/export operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic trade procedures.
- Good knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, taxation documentation, and inland transportation policies and regulations.
- Practical experience in LC documentation and bank presentation procedures will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service orientation and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities within deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for documentation and tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
