Job Description
SMP Universal School is looking for a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the welfare, safety, and discipline of students residing in the school hostel (Grades I to X).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for hostel students.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being at all times.
- Monitor daily routines, study hours, meal times, and bedtime schedules.
- Maintain hostel records and attendance.
- Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents regarding student matters.
- Handle emergencies and provide appropriate support to students.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in hostel management, student care, or a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage children with patience, care, and responsibility.
- Willingness to stay on campus (if required).
