Position: Networking Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Networking Specialist to join our team as a Trainer to teach students in the areas of CCNA, AWS, Ethical Hacking, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking principles, cloud computing, and security protocols, along with the ability to train students effectively and passionately in these subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training on CCNA, AWS, Ethical Hacking, and Cybersecurity courses.
- Train students in Networking Fundamentals, IP Addressing, Network Devices, Routing Protocols, Switching Protocols, and Network Security.
- Provide hands-on sessions and practical exposure in areas such as Firewall Configuration, Automation, and Network Security Fundamentals.
- Train students on AWS services, including IAM, Cloud Computing Models, VPC, Elastic Beanstalk, Load Balancer, EC2, Global Accelerators, Amazon S3, and Databases.
- Instruct students on Ethical Hacking and Cybersecurity principles, with a focus on server security, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and threat mitigation techniques.
- Design and maintain course material, hands-on labs, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity to provide relevant and modern training.
- Ensure students understand both theoretical and practical concepts, and guide them to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Diploma in Networking or a related field
- Experience: Both freshers and Experienced professionals can apply
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of ccna concepts, aws related cloud concepts and best practices
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Training Experience: Experience in conducting hands-on training and workshops.
- Experience with Linux/Windows Server and other operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments and network security tools
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge in CCNA, AWS, and Ethical Hacking.
- Solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals, IP Addressing, Routing Protocols, Switching Protocols, and Network Devices.
- Hands-on experience in Firewall Configuration, Automation Tools, and Security Fundamentals.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, especially IAM, VPC, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Amazon S3, and Databases.
- Experience in Cloud Computing Models and Load Balancer setup and management.
- Expertise in Ethical Hacking and Cybersecurity principles, with an emphasis on server security, vulnerability testing, and threat analysis.
- Proven ability to teach complex concepts in a simplified manner and create an engaging learning environment.
- Strong server knowledge and experience in cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)) are a plus.
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in the networking or IT domain is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
