Lakeys Properties is looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead property sales, generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales
- Handle property sales and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop sales strategies to increase property bookings
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities
- Guide and support junior sales executives when required

Eligibility Criteria

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
