Interior Site Supervisor – Commercial & Residential Interiors ( Freshers)
Location: Chennai
We are hiring freshers for the position of Interior Site Supervisor in commercial and residential turnkey interior projects, including interior fit-out works. Candidates should have a Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical or B.E. in Civil Engineering and experience in site execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and schedule.
Handle civil works – RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, etc.
Oversee interior works – flooring, and joinery.
Coordinate with MEP, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely work progress.
Manage labour, materials, and daily site reports.
Assist in billing and measurement documentation.
Communicate with architects and engineers for site clarifications.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical /B.E. in Civil Engineering.
0–1 years of experience in building construction and interiors.

Willing to work at site locations across Chennai.
