Job Summary
A Security Guard is responsible for protecting the organization's property, employees, visitors, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches.
- Check and verify the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors.
- Maintain visitor entry and exit records.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and security systems.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, accidents, or security violations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
- Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: High School/10th or 12th Pass (as per company requirements).
- Previous experience in security services is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good physical fitness and alertness.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act appropriately during emergencies.

Salary Range
- As per company policy and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
