We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collections Executive to manage customer accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers through calls and other communication channels, understanding payment issues, and negotiating suitable repayment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payments.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
- Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding escalated or difficult accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
- Prepare regular collection reports and provide updates to management.
