- Source and identify suppliers for oilfield equipment, industrial products, and related materials.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from local and international vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and sales documentation.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.
- Support management in market research, supplier development, and business development activities.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the oilfield, industrial, engineering, or trading sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
