Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through online and offline channels.
- Generate qualified leads for Terra Twills products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation Structure
This role operates on a Pay Per Lead (PPL) Model.
- Earn a commission for every successful and verified lead.
- The more successful leads you generate, the more you earn.
- No cap on commission earnings.
- Commission payouts will be based on approved and qualified leads as per company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 years or above.
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and customer outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation goals.
