Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to lead backend development projects and manage a development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microservices architecture, REST API development, performance optimization, and enterprise application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain Microservices and RESTful APIs
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices
- Implement Spring Security, JPA, ORM, and caching mechanisms
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Manage database operations using SQL and ORM frameworks
- Work with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Experience with Microservices and REST APIs
Hands-on experience in Spring Security, JPA, and ORM frameworks
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
Experience in performance optimization and code reviews
Team handling and stakeholder communication skills
Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms
Experience in enterprise-level application development
Knowledge of scalable and high-availability systems
Preferred Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Java backend development
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
