Job Title: Social Media Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with clients, maintaining digital marketing records, and ensuring timely execution of social media and local SEO activities.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Create and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creative requirements.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic client queries.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Collect business information, creatives, and marketing requirements from clients.
- Share regular updates and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain proper records of client communications and deliverables.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Generate and share Local SEO reports.
- Prepare Google Business Profile (GMB) performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and reviews.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB).
- Monitor reviews and ratings.
- Update business information, services, offers, and posts on GMB.
- Assist in Local SEO activities to improve online visibility.
Data Management & Operations
- Maintain client databases and marketing records.
- Track pending tasks and follow up with clients for approvals.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB).
- Understanding of Local SEO concepts.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Sheets will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Servicing.
