Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve product usability.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to implement designs effectively.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design concepts.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of UI/UX design experience are welcome.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- Basic understanding of usability testing and user research methods.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is preferred.
