Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Relationship Management
o Provide technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting for marking and coding machines.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
o Identify and address customer pain points by recommending product improvements or new solutions.
o Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance.
2. Service & Maintenance
o Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and servicing of machines.
o Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests. o Maintain customer records, service reports, and share insights with managers for service enhancement.
o Plan and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and schedule periodic maintenance visits.
3. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
o Diagnose and resolve machine issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
o Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate technical support.
4. Sales & Business Support
o Assist the sales team by conducting product demonstrations for potential customers.
o Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company’s market presence.
o Contribute to customer feedback analysis to drive product development. 5. Documentation & Reporting
o Prepare and submit detailed service reports, including findings,
recommendations, and resolutions.
o Maintain accurate logs of service activities and customer interactions. o Provide market insights and competitor analysis reports to the management team.
6. Travel & On-Site Support
o Willingness to travel as per company requirements for on-site service and support.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and spare parts availability.
