About the Role:
We're hiring an Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations for a fintech technology service provider handling payment collections and reconciliation infrastructure for banks and financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor/client invoicing
- Own monthly transaction reconciliation processes (UTR matching, merchant payouts)
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow summaries
- Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Liaise with auditors, CAs, and banks
- Support MCA/ROC filings and compliance documentation
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning across group entities
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent; CA-Inter preferred
- 3–5 years accounting experience, fintech/payments industry preferred
- Strong Excel skills (COUNTIFS/SUMIFS, reconciliation formulas)
- Familiarity with Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payment settlement cycles
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
