Areve Finbux is looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, and promote the company's financial products and services through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Requirements
- Graduate or Higher Secondary qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
