Job Title: Executive Assistant to Partner (Office Administrator)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Partner while also managing day-to-day office administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can multitask effectively, and ensures smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Partner
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
- Oversee office operations including vendor coordination, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in travel arrangements and expense management
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Support basic HR and onboarding coordination as needed
- Ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
